Medium Pressure Trunnion Ball Valves
Medium Pressure TB Series Trunion Ball Valves are used in applications having dynamic flow and pressure up to 6000 psig (413 bar), especially where frequent manual or mechanical actuation is required. They a feature blow-out proof bottom-loaded stem and a trunnion-style ball for high cycle-life and fully supported live-loaded seats for ow actuation torque, leak-tight sealing and high-cycle life. These features make them a great option for CNG filling stations and other high-pressure applications requiring high cycle-life. Specifications
HTB Series Ball Valves are used in applications having dynamic flow and pressure up to 10,000 psig. TB Series Trunion Ball Valves feature a blow-out proof bottom-loaded stem and trunnion-style ball for high cycle-life and fully supported live-loaded seats resulting in low actuation torque, leak-tight sealing and high-cycle life. These features make them great option for CNG filling stations and other high-pressure applications requiring high cycle-life. Specifications

Actuated Ball Valves | TB Series Trunnion Ball Valves
Actuated Ball Valves - TB Series
Actuated ball valve assemblies for TB Series valves are offered with a wide range of actuator, solenoid, and limit switch options and accessories. The table below contains valve and actuator combinations only. To add actuator options and accessories such as solenoids, limit switches and proximity sensors, see the Options and Accessories section below.
TB Series Ball Valves
TB Series Trunion Ball Valves are used in applications having dynamic flow and pressure up to 10,000 psig (689 bar), especially where frequent manual or mechanical actuation is required. TB Series valves are available in four familiies suitable for different temperature-pressure ranges.p>
TB Series Pressure up to 6000 psig (413 bar), Temperatures from 0 to 450°F (-17 to 234°C)
LTB Series Pressure up to 6000 psig (413 bar), Temperatures from -40 to 200°F (-40 to 93°C)
HTB Series: Pressure up to 10,000 psig (689 bar), Temperatures from 0 to 450°F (-17 to 234°C)
LHTB Series Pressure up to 10,000 psig (413 bar), Temperatures from -40 to 200°F (-40 to 93°C)
The actuated valve on the website include assemblies of valves and actuators only. Below are instructions for adding actuator options, solenoids, and limit switches to actuators. For assistance, contact your authorized SSP distributor or SSP Customer Service.
High and Low Temperature Actuators
SSP actuators are available for difficult high and low temperature applications. The standard operating range for actuators contained on the site is -4 to 176° F (-20 to 80° C). For other operating ranges add the designator below to the part number: Example: AM15NO2HT
HT High temperature -10 to 300°F/350°F cyclical (-23 to 148°C/176°C)
LT Low temp -49 to 300°F/350°F cyclical (-45 to 148°C/176°Cli>
SLT Superlow temperature -67 to 300°F/350°F cyclical (-55 to 148°/176°C)
Dual Mounting
Single valve actuation is standard. Dual mount actuation (2-valves) is available for EB series size 42 and 43, FB Series size 36 and all TB Series ball valves only. For more information about dual mount assemblies, contact your local authorized SSP distributor or SSP Customer Service.
Corrosion Resistant Housing
Anodized alumimum housings are standard. Contact SSP Customer Service of stainless steel housings or housings with other corrosion reisistant coatings.
Customer-Specified Assemblies
SSP will provide actuated ball valve assemblies using customer-specified components. Customers can provide component for assembly, or SSP can source the required products from a wide range of manufacturers.
Solenoids
SSP offers solenoid valves with NAMUR style mounting for use in either double acting or spring return rotary actuators. They are available in single coil, dual coil, or 3-position configurations (open centers, closed centers, or centers-in-pressure). Solenoids valves are available in compliance with NEMA 4, 4X, intrinsically safe and explosion proof environments. Solenoids are available with wire lead and flexible conduit connections. Breather blocks, low voltage solenoids and other options are available.p>
