Tube Stub Adapters - Duolok
Tube stub adaptes are used to connect and adapt tube fitting ends to different size tube fittings and pipe fitting end connectons. They also allow closer coupling of valves to fitting runs. They can also allow the positioning of elbows, tee, crosses, valves, gauges and other instruments for easier installation and maintenance. Bulkhead tube stub adapters make tube runs and instrument installtion through barriers such as instrument enclosure, analyzer cabinets and bulkheads faster and easier. SSP offers tube stub adapters in Duolok tube end, male NPT, Female NPT and male and female BSPT fittings. Tube adapters are available in 316 SS, Alloy 400, Alloy C-276 and brass. Dielectric Tube Fittings - Duolok
SSP dielectric fittings are designed to isolate monitoring andcontrol instruments and equipment from electrical current and voltages. Manufactured in 316 stainless steel with thermoplastic insulators SSP dielectric fittings provide high dielectric strength in applications up to 5,000 psig. Typical applications for dielectric fittings are on impulse lines in natural gas pipeline monitoring stations.
The SSP Instrumentation Dielectric Adapter is supplied with pre-swaged 3/8” nut and ferrules. The dielectric connection has a captive 1/2” nut. A dielectric stop collar and assembly instructions are also supplied with the adapter. By using 3/8 and 1/2 in tube-ended and pipe-ended By combining SSP tube fittings with the adapter, a wide range of dielectric fitting configurations can be built. Factory assembled Dielectric Unions are also available.
